1. Eligibility

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2. Account Registration

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Any form of fraud, hacking or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities
• Sharing accounts with other persons

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on 3 Patti Room including logos, graphics, software, game designs, and text is the intellectual property of 3 Patti Room. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

3 Patti Room shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gameplay
• Technical issues, server downtime or connectivity problems beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. We encourage players to:

• Set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits
• Take regular breaks from gameplay
• Never chase losses
• Seek professional help if gambling becomes a problem

9. Governing Law
